Rider terms
Draft: not yet reviewed. Do not rely on this page until it has been approved.
These terms apply to a fundraiser who sets up a challenge page on SponsorTee. By setting up a page you agree to them.
Your challenge and content
You own the content you add to your page, such as your story, your charity details and your event name. You are responsible for that content and for making sure it is accurate.
Your charities
You must get each charity's permission to use its name and logo on your page and shirt. You are responsible for your relationship with each charity.
Your dashboard link
Your private dashboard link lets anyone who has it change your page. Keep it private. If you think someone else has it, tell us at [CONTACT EMAIL] straight away.
Marking donations
You are responsible for marking a sponsor's donation as received only once you can see it on the fundraising page. Spots that have not been confirmed show as Reserved and are not printed.
Printing
Cycling jerseys and other challenge kit are printed by a supplier you choose. SponsorTee provides the print-ready files. Where supporter tees are offered through Printful, the order and the printing are handled by Printful under its own terms.
Fees
Donations go straight to the charity. A fee to cover printing is only charged if you switch it on, and it is shown to the sponsor before they pay. [EDITOR NOTE: these terms must be expanded before any fee is switched on. See LEGAL-NOTES.md.]
Your data
We hold your name, email address and challenge details. Our Privacy notice sets out how we use them.
Removing a page
We may remove a page that breaks these terms. We will tell you first unless there is an urgent reason not to.
Liability and governing law
The limits in our Website terms apply to these terms too. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
